Hon. Travis Francis, the first African American Judge appointed in Middlesex County, NJ, is an avid historian on The Civil War, who has presented at the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University and served as an adjunct professor at the Rutgers School of Law. Judge Francis will speak on the valuable role African Americans played during the Civil War and the enormous sacrifices they made.
